You can add pictures to the system and have the numerous property features displayed on your website for your clients to see. Properties can also be marked as special offers or the property of the week.

Your clients and staff can search for properties by type, area, price, number of bedrooms and town or any other criteria available in the database.

The results are displayed with brief details of all the properties meeting the search criteria. The user may then:

• Click to view more details.
• Add the property to their favourites list.
• Change the currency displayed.
• By clicking on the contact button and filling in the form they can contact you about the properties that interest them and provide you with a valuable lead.

All leads are stored in the system for future marketing use. Customers who search and do not find an appropriate match are asked to save their details and requirements. All contacts from the website are stored along with the search criteria in the lead management section of the system. Staff can use the systems built in property matching system to match buyers with properties and then print or email details to the propective buyer.

When a new property is added a list of enquirers is automatically created that match the new property inserted. Details can hen be printed or sent by email.

The sell facility enables you to mark properties as sold. The sales reports section gives detailed breakdowns on sales, commission and sales persons over a period of time.

All administration areas are password protected for added security and there are several levels of user access.

The system comes with optional SMS messaging and membership to our global real estate network.
