What programming language is used?

What type of server is needed?

Who Installs the programs?

We can install the programs for you. Or you may have your web design company do it for you.

How long does the installation take?

We can install any of the products on your server within 72 hours of purchase provided that all the requirements are met. Web design and customisation will take a little longer.

Is there an installation fee?

There is no installation fee for installations on our servers or on your own server if no complications arise and the requirements are met. We may charge at our hourly rate if we have to modify the software to work with your web server.

Can I add other features?

You can add or delete features from any of our listed products. We do not normally charge for minor changes. All of the features and data displayed can be costomised to the way your business works. Tell us your requirements and we will calculate the cost for you.

Can I customise the look?

Our online property software can easily be customised to the look and feel of your Website. This is included in the purchase price. You can change the colours, the design, layout, etc. to match the exact look of your existing website or the design of a new website. Just show us your existing website or tell us how you would like it to look and we will change the colours and format to suit your site.

Is there a customisation fee?

Basic changes are included in the price. Examples of basic changes are; adding up to 5 new fields in property details, removing fields, modifying the search criteria.
